The goal of the BioMedic microeel is to clarify, improve texture and make the skin more uniform in color. The micropeel begins with the cleansing and degreasing of the skin.

The next step consists of a physical or enzymatic exfoliation, which frees the skin of dead cellular layers and protein.

Following the exfoliation is the application of a 15%-30% glycolic acid, that rids the skin of debris from the pores helping to reduce acne related conditions, as well as, lessening the appearance of fine lines and brown spots.

Next, extractions are performed if needed.

Cryogenic therapy is the next phase of the procedure. This step involves a light freezing of the skin, which results in an anti-inflammatory response and helps pores to appear smaller.

The final stage of this procedure is the application of a moisturizer and sunscreen.
